NBC News – Major General Darryl A. Williams just took over command of U.S. Army Africa, in June, and on Tuesday it was announced that he would set up a command center in Monrovia, Liberia, and oversee as many as 3,000 military personnel who will help with training new health workers and setting up new facilities.
