BostInno – While Melissa James was working for MIT spinout Sample6 Technologies and later Google, she realized that diversity recruitment is something that employers struggled with, whether it had to do with ethnicity, gender, sexuality or if someone was a veteran or disabled. So she decided to tackle the issue head-on by founding a startup called The Tech Connection.
