The Washington Post – The two white police officers who were involved in the shooting death of a black man had five complaints made against them and were cleared in all but one. Records made available to the media on Thursday show that officer Blane Salamoni had three complaints made against him and was issued a letter of caution for his involvement in a “preventable crash” on June 13, 2012.
