San Francisco Chronicle – “After years and years of being in corporate America, I was starting to focus on starting my own business in the health-tech field, but I would go to these entrepreneurship meet-ups and it was, like, a room full of men,” said Bryant, 50. “That summer, my daughter was going to a computer science camp at Stanford and her classroom looked just like those rooms I was walking into. It was shocking to me. I couldn’t believe it hadn’t changed, that it wasn’t changing.”
